We expect

That if we do the right things – exercise, eat well, study, etc. that we should see the benefits in how we feel – that we will magically feel happier, that our bodies will feel better, etc.  But what if that doesn’t happen?  What if your body’s “best” feeling just isn’t that great?  Do you keep bothering to exercise / eat well / etc. just to keep from getting worse?  Is that inspirational?
