This definitely looks like one of the better purchases I’ve seen. They have a great career ahead of them and should have no problem covering the costs. If they get married, it will be cheap, and they won’t have to upgrade to start a family. Ohio has mansions (lol).
Zillow shows price history $95k in 2001, so there was definitely some serious renovation (hence the pictures are beautiful). Looks like it’s been on the market for 7 years, so probably the sold price is closer to $260k? Guess we’ll see.
